I’m Jenn Salafia, a Cape Cod native who grew up in a big, close-knit family where food, love, and laughter filled every gathering. Cooking and entertaining have always been my happy place—I love bringing people together over a great meal.

After years in the corporate world, I struggled to balance work and family life, and making healthy, homemade meals often felt impossible. I knew I wasn’t alone in this challenge, which inspired me to start my own business. Now, I focus on take-and-bake meals that give busy families a way to enjoy nourishing, homemade food without the stress—because when it comes down to it, time together is what matters most.

I live on the Cape with my husband, Michael, our son, Jack, and our two rescue pups, Frank and Teddy. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me at the beach, flipping through cookbooks, or spending time with family and friends.
